How it works

1. Current residents get a personal referral link (check your email, or ask us for yours).
2. Your friend uses your link to tell us what they're looking for — takes two minutes.
3. When they sign a lease with us, your rent credit is applied to your next month automatically.

The fine print

• Credits are issued as rent credits, not cash.
• The referred renter must be new to us (not already in our system) and must sign through your link.
• Self-referrals don't qualify.
• Credits are applied after the referred lease is signed and the first month's rent is received.
• $500 credits apply to homes we designate as hard-to-fill at the time of referral.
