How you use the site. We keep first-party analytics — pages viewed, forms submitted, and the link or campaign that referred you. This runs on our own systems, not a third-party ad network.
Cookies. We use the minimum needed to make the site work and to measure our own traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To match you with homes and respond to your requests.
To send you email you asked for — match alerts, updates on your search, or our newsletter. We only email you with your consent, and every message has a one-click unsubscribe.
To understand which pages and neighborhoods are useful so we can improve the site.
