We pull from our own furnished homes and a network of Triangle owners who rent on 1-to-6-month terms — the kind of lease flexibility standard listings rarely show.

Relocating from out of state? We do video walkthroughs and handle the paperwork digitally so you can lock in a place before your first shift.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you offer furnished rentals?
- Yes. Much of our short-term inventory is fully furnished with kitchenware, linens, and Wi-Fi included, so you can move in with a suitcase. Tell us in the intake form and we'll only show furnished options.
- Can I get a lease shorter than 12 months?
- That's our specialty for travel contracts. We work with owners who accept 8-, 13-, and 26-week terms and month-to-month extensions, which most public listing sites don't surface.
- How close can I be to the hospital?
- Tell us your facility — Duke University Hospital, Duke Regional, or UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill — and your preferred commute time, and we'll prioritize homes within that radius.
- What does the concierge cost me?
- Nothing. Our service is free to renters. We're paid by the property owners we place homes with.
- I'm extending my contract. Can I stay put?
- Often, yes. Reach back out before your term ends and we'll check whether your current home can extend, or line up a smooth move to another furnished place.
