- It depends on where in the Park you'll work and how long a commute you want. Durham, Morrisville, and Cary all put you within a reasonable drive of RTP — we'll lay out the options once we know your work location and budget.
- Can you work with my relocation package?
- Absolutely. Tell us your total housing budget including any stipend, and we'll match homes to it. We can also time move-in to when your relocation benefits kick in.
- I haven't moved to the area yet. Can I still rent?
- Yes — most of our RTP relocators start remotely. We run live video tours and handle applications and lease signing online so you can secure a place before you arrive.
- How fast can you turn things around?
- If your start date is tight, tell us and we'll prioritize. We can usually surface matching homes within a day or two of your intake.
- Is there a fee for relocators?
- No. The concierge is free to renters. We're compensated by the property owners we place homes with.
